The final sportshall fixture of the winter saw another set of good performances from Walton athletes despite the clash with the previous days cross country races and the Surrey development day which both claimed a number of athletes.

The under 13 girls team came 10th and the under 13 boys were a very good 5th.

The result of the day was the 2nd place gained by the under 15 girls team with three individuals in the top nine scorers. Abi Wroth was 2nd overall with 60 points and Lauren Highton and Carla Letheby were 8th and 9th with 51 and 50.5 points respectively, despite Carla having run in Saturday’s cross country race..
