The Annual General Meeting of the club will take place on Thursday 26th February in the clubhouse commencing at 8.30 pm.
All club members and parents of junior members are invited to attend.
The meeting usually lasts about an hour and will be followed by cheese and wine.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2009
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF WALTON ATHLETIC CLUB WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY 26th FEBRUARY IN THE CLUBHOUSE, STOMPOND LANE, COMMENCING AT 8.30 PM.
1 To receive apologies for non attendance.
2. To confirm the minutes of the previous AGM.
3. To resolve matters arising from the previous AGM.
4. To receive the annual report for 2008-9.
5. To receive and adopt the financial report and the statement of accounts for 2008.
6. To receive the membership report for 2008-9
7. To elect the following officers,
1) President.
2) Vice Presidents and Life Members.
3) Honorary Secretary.
4) Honorary Treasurer.
5) Honorary Membership Secretary.
6) Eight members of the General Committee.
8. Subscription Fees for 2009-10.
9. Minor amendments to Constitution to achiveve CASC status.
10. Any other business
