Walton’s men’s team made their usual good showing in this annual cross country relay. The race took place in very poor conditions, very cold with stroing winds and heavy rain.

A strong first team of James Harvey, Jon Hamblen, Jon Ladley, Steve Morgan, Jack Marchbank and Jon Brine finished 6th after being in the lead at the end of the second leg and in the top three for much of the race. Jon Hamblen ran the 4th fastest individual leg of the day.

Alex Aylett and Jack Rutherford, and then Jon H, James and Jon L with therir second run of the day ran for an incomplete 2nd team
