With three matches of the four completed the women’s teams have suffered from poor turnouts but some individuals have performed extremely well.

In the first race at Nork Park Natalie Warren finished a best ever 6th in the senior race with Jo Locker 42nd. Nicola Aylett was a very good 5th in the under 17 race and in the under 15 race Alice Wills was 4th with Lauren Highton 23rd. No under 13’s competed.

The November fixture was at Lightwater and Nat Warren repeated her 6th place with Jo improving to 32nd and Liz Amos 61st. Nicola Aylett was 9th in the under 17 race and Alice improved to 3rd in the under 15 race with Luren 23rd. In the under 13 race we had a competitor with Beth Hamlet running really well for 4th place.

The January race was on a frozen Farthing Down at Coulsdon. Nat Warren was injured but Jo inproved to 12th place and L:iz to 29th. Claire pearce also ran the senior race in 110th. Nicola finished a best ever 4th place in the under 17 race and Alice and Lauren were 9th and 26th.

After three matches the senior team is 19th, the under 17 5th and the under 15 7th.
