Surrey Cross Country League Match 1

The first Surrey League matches were on Saturday 10th October and Walton’s boys and girls were in action.
The girls were in the Priory Park at Reigate for their Division two match . We had two under 15 runners and both did well. Alice Wills finished 6th and Beth Hamlet finished 10th in a field of 32 runners. Despite needing 4 scorers to fill a team the team of two came an excellent 4th of 13 teams.
