The Club is hosting two strength and conditioning sessions on the 13th January and 17th February from 7.30 to 9.30. Arrive at 7.15 for 7.30 start.

Both sessions are aimed at coaches and athletes. January will be for the 13 to 16 year age group and February for more senior athletes and will involve the basics of weight lifting.

The sessions are being delivered by Andy Neal a leading UKA Coach and Tutor.
