1. To receive apologies for non attendance
2. To confirm the minutes of the previous AGM.
3. To resolve any matters arising fro the previous AGM.
4. To reveive the annual report for 2012
5. To receive and adopt the financial report and the statement of accounts for 2012.
6. To receive the membership report for 2012.
7. To elect the following officers
a) President
b) Vice Presidents and life members
c) Honorary Treasurer
d) Honorary Secretary
e) Honorary Membership Secretary
f) Eight members of the general committee
8. Subscription Fees
9. Waterside Drive
10. Any other business.
