Sam and Sophie Mace competing in a throws triathlon at Swindon both set age
group National records.

Sam threw pbs in both javelin and shot. Sophie not to be out done threw pbs
in shot and hammer. Sophie set a new club record in shot. Sophie also increased
her County hammer record twice in her series of throws.
