The Annual General Meeting of Walton Athletic Club will take place in the clubhouse on Thursday 27th February starting at 8.30 pm.

All athletes, coaches, officials and parents of junior members are invited to attend.

The agenda for the meeting is below, and attendees are invited to stay for cheese and wine afterwards.

 

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2014

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF WALTON ATHLETIC CLUB WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY 27th FEBRUARY IN THE CLUBHOUSE, STOMPOND LANE, COMMENCING AT 8.30 PM.

1. To receive apologies for non attendance.

2. To confirm the minutes of the previous AGM.

3. To resolve matters arising from the previous AGM.

4. To receive the annual report for 2013.

5. To receive and adopt the financial report and the statement of accounts for 2013.

6. To receive the membership report for 2013

7. To elect the following officers,

• 1) President.
• 2) Vice Presidents and Life Members.
• 3) Honorary Secretary.
• 4) Honorary Treasurer.
• 5) Honorary Membership Secretary.
• 6) Eight members of the General Committee.

8. Subscription Fees.

9. Waterside Drive.

10. Any Other Business
