Club Half Marathon record holder Fiona de Mauny won the Brighton Half Marathon last weekend. de Mauny, who now races for Herne Hill Harriers, but remains a member, official and volunteer at Walton AC, took the lead with around a mile to go in the race, closing the victory in 80:25, some 5mins quicker than her previous official PB and club record.

Husband Chris was also in action in the event, revising his PB to 81:16 in the relatively benign, if warm, conditions, having set an enormous best over 10km of 35:55 a few weeks earlier in Chichester.
