UKYDL LAG – Match Report

At last the sun shone! The 3rd Match of the YDL Lower took place at Bournemouth on the 22nd of June, with sunshine and team spirit in abundance a great day was had by the traveling Walton contingent!

A number of Athletes attained PBs throughout the day, a special mention to Finn Punton who achieved his National qualifying time and Ben Shepard for his amazing 800m run and PB. Some athletes also broke into the all time club top 10 performance rankings.

The athletes emphasis on team support was great to see, from Team Captains giving throws advice and those stepping into events for points, and others who remained longer to enable the relay team to compete. Thank you Sam Dobson!

As usual the relays created the most excitement, with all age groups in contention for the high positions. The U15 Girls 4 x 300 yet again broke the club record which was only set at the last YDL!! Well done girls!

Many thanks to the Officials, helpers, parents and Coaches who have all contributed throughout the day, without you none of this could happen.

I started to have nightmares. Then I went to the doctor, who prescribed me this hypnotic. It looked like small pills coated with a film. The price was low, which made me happy. Upon arriving home, I took the necessary dosage and planned to work a few more hours before the https://www.sleepprointernational.com/products/ambien/ medicine works.

One more to go, let’s finish stronger than ever!
