An excellent team performance saw Walton retain the Lily B Plate, that they won last year, in this years final at Kingsmeadow on 17th September.
There were an amazing number of event wins (with three individual wins for Carla Letheby, Kate Lee, Lauren Highton and Rosie Marino) as can be seen from the results which makes it very hard to pick out individuals so congratulations to the whole team and to team manager Ros Aylett

Under 11’s.

There are non scoring events for under 11 athletes in the  Lily B and there was small turn out of Walton’s U11s at Kingsmeadow. Neverthelessthere were some good performances and several pbs. There were a large number of competitors in this age group with 36 runners in the 75m alone.

Eleanor Palmer won her 600m race with a new pb and was 3rd in the long jump.

Leilani Munday was 2nd in her 75m race with a pb and was 6th in the long jump with

another pb.

Lucy Paskell was 2nd in her 75m race and recorded the 2nd fastest time of the day

Sophie Thean and Mollie Brock were also competing for the first time and both ran pbs
