Junior Club Championship 2013

The junior Club Championship for U13s, U15s and U17s has for the last few
years been decided on a points table, based on AAA standards

Girls, boys, men and women must compete in at least three junior
league matches to qualify. Senior matches do not count. Under 17 men must
compete in at least two non scoring junior league matches to qualify.
The difference being due to the fact that there are fewer competitions
for under 17 men.

The best three events score. Other recognised competition performances will
be taken into account only if the requisite number of league matches have been
attended and the athlete has competed in at least three individual events in
each match. If these conditions are not met only the performances achieved in
league matches will be taken into account.

There are still enough matches left for any Club member to
qualify.

Anybody wanting to compete should contact the relevant team Managers. There
are opportunities for any athlete to compete regardless of standard

U13s are school years 6and 7

U15s are school years 7 and 8

U17s are school years 9and 10
U11s have their own Championship where they must do a run, jump and throw.
The best of each is scored as for the juniors.

Any performance in a junior competition will be taken into
account.

All the competitions are listed on the Club web site.
