The Annual General Meeting of the club will take place on Thursday 3rd March in the clubhouse at Stompond Lane starting at 8.30 pm.
The meeting usually lasts for about an hour and will be followed by cheese and wine
All members and the parents of younger members are invited to attend.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF WALTON ATHLETIC CLUB WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY 3rd MARCH IN THE CLUBHOUSE, STOMPOND LANE, COMMENCING AT 8.30 PM.
1. To receive apologies for non attendance.
2. To confirm the minutes of the previous AGM.
3. To resolve matters arising from the previous AGM.
4. To receive the annual report for 2010-11.
5. To receive and adopt the financial report and the statement of accounts for 2010.
6. To receive the membership report for 2010-11
7. To elect the following officers,
1) President.
2) Vice Presidents and Life Members.
3) Honorary Secretary.
4) Honorary Treasurer.
5) Honorary Membership Secretary.
6) Eight members of the General Committee.
8. Subscription Fees for 2011-12.
9. Any Other Business
